Yes. We want to make sure the Pop-Up Pool is installed in your desired location. We also want to make sure the water is shut off when the pool is completely filled.

Yes. We will need access to power and water. The pool pump requires a standard 110V outlet and has a 25ft cord. Please let us know prior to installation if your Pop-Up Pool will be greater than 25’ away from a power source. The pool will be filled using available hose/water source.

The pool is filled by hose from home source. It typically takes 14-18 hours to fill depending on water pressure.

Yes. You are responsible for the water cost to fill your pool (approx. 5,000 gallons).

Yes! We will not and do not want to alter your backyard slope and layout. Your backyard will need to have an area that is flat or very close to flat. We can install pavers under the pool for minor leveling changes.

We will schedule bi-weekly pool cleaning services. You do not need to be present for service, however we request access to your pool for a seamless service. If you would like your pool cleaned outside of your bi-weekly scheduled service, we offer a $25 cleaning service upon request.

Yes. We will ensure proper pool chemicals along with the bi-weekly cleaning.

No, other than sales tax. All pools orders include installation, bi-weekly cleaning, maintenance, and removal.
